My coaching career began after my own experiences with Domestic Abuse which left me suffering from; PTSD, Insomnia and anxiety. I felt stuck, alone and powerless. I knew something needed to change and that I needed to be the one to enforce it. I worked tenaciously on my mindset and self esteem. I hired my own coach and consequently felt inspired to complete my own coaching accreditation. My journey through healing and self-acceptance has provided me with the tools to teach others to do the same. My pain became my power and now my goal is to help others do the same focus.

Whilst we will delve into the past to aid self-awareness and understanding we do not linger there - my work is ultimately future-focused. During the sessions I combine NLP techniques, hypnosis, neuroscience, positive psychology, and business strategy to help you create a life that you desire.

Every client is responsible for their own outcome and I am selective with the clients I choose to work with for this reason. Each client will have a FREE discovery call where we establish if the working relationship is a good fit for both parties involved. Post session each client receives a personalised email outlining all of the important points raised in the session. I have a hands-on approach working with both the conscious and the subconscious mind to break destructive habits and create new empowering ones. Post-session tasks will need to be completed in order to cement the learning.
